About Us
Fast Paying Casinos is a small independent site with one job: work out how quickly offshore casinos actually return money to US players, and say so plainly. We are not a review network, we do not syndicate content, and we do not publish payout figures we have not personally waited through.
The site is written and maintained by Rhett Callahan, who covers payments and payouts from Louisville, Kentucky. His background is in card settlement and chargeback handling rather than gambling media, which is the reason this site reads the cashier terms before it reads the marketing banner.
Every operator we rank is funded with our own money from a US-facing account. We complete identity verification on the day we register, play normally, then request a withdrawal midweek and request a second one at least a fortnight later. We log three timestamps for each request — submitted, approved, landed — because the gap between approval and landing belongs to the payment rail rather than the casino, and confusing the two is how most payout content goes wrong.
We rank on consistency rather than on a single best-case cashout. An operator that pays in four hours once and three days the next time is worse to live with than one that reliably pays inside a day, because you cannot plan around the first.
We are funded by commission when a reader opens an account through a link on this site. That revenue pays for the deposits described above. It does not buy a ranking position and it does not remove a criticism — the negatives in our reviews are there because we hit them. Where our honest advice is to decline a casino's welcome bonus, we say that, even though the bonus is what the operator is paying us to promote.
Every operator we cover is licensed outside the United States and none is regulated by a US state authority. We state that on every page because it is the trade a reader is making, and it belongs in the decision rather than in the small print.
